This is a great opportunity to get a jump start on technique and build fitness before the on-water Adult LTR Beginner sessions. You will learn how to use rowing machines (ergometers) to enhance fitness and will be given a quick introduction to rowing skills in the rowing tank.

Did you every wish to learn something new while being outdoors, something that is truly unique? Perhaps this is your year to get started and learn how to row. Evening and morning sessions available. Morning sessions indicated in blue.

The Learn–To-Row outdoor program is catered to adults with the purpose of introducing you to the basic fundamentals of the sport of rowing, teaching you introductory techniques in a safe and fun environment. Our certified coaches will teach you the skills necessary to get you on the water with a high coach to participant ratio, either rowing in small crew boats or encouraging you to challenge yourself one step further into a single rowing shell.
Don Rowing Club is the perfect location to start. We are equipped with ergometers and an indoor tank system where your initial skills would be taught, building confidence before heading out on the river. Our new fleet of singles are designed for the Learn to Row environment.
This being an introductory program, the next steps would be into the development course that follows with a seperate registration.

Program Re-scheduling, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Re-Scheduling (switch program dates)
Up to 14 days before start of session: NO charge
13 days to 7 days before session start: $20 Move fee
7 days to 24 hrs before session start: $50 Move fee
Regrettably, we cannot accommodate rescheduling requests less than 24 hrs before start of camp or any time thereafter.
Unfortunately, we can not guarantee the ability to accommodate requests for date changes. Most camp and clinic weeks book out early.
Cancellation + Refunds
Up to 21 days before start of session: Full refund.
20 days to 14 days before session start: $50 Cancellation fee
13 days to 7 days before session start: $100 Cancellation fee
Less than 7 days before session start: NO refund
